I've spent over 5 years sitting inside businesses and working closely with small business owners — and I've seen what happens when a founder is carrying everything alone. The late nights. The mental spiral at 2am wondering how to fix the backlog, chase the leads, sort the CRM, and still show up sharp the next morning. I've watched brilliant, hard-working CEOs burn out not because they lacked vision — but because no one was there to handle the operations behind them.
I started as a Project Manager at a marketing agency, then grew into an Operations and RevOps Manager role at a US-based company — building systems, fixing broken workflows, and clearing the operational fog that was slowing everything down. I later took on a Creative Manager role, overseeing design and project pipelines. Across every industry — marketing, real estate, consulting, offshoring — the story was always the same: incredible founders, drowning in operational weight they were never meant to carry alone.
That's why I built Task Forge. Not just as a service — but as a genuine answer to a pain I've seen up close. Ehsaan Mesghali
Ehsaan Mesghali is Partner and Managing Director at Task Forge, where he oversees client success, business operations, and strategic growth. He is the person clients work with when scoping new engagements — understanding their operational challenges, defining the right mix of services, and ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard. His role sits at the intersection of relationship management and operational leadership.
Ehsaan brings a background in architecture and creative direction to everything he does at Task Forge. Where most people see chaos, he sees structure — a natural skill set for an operations company. He is methodical in how he approaches client problems: mapping processes, identifying gaps, and deploying the right combination of people and AI systems to close them. This precision-first thinking is what makes him effective as a managing director in an ops-heavy business.
Beyond operations, Ehsaan leads creative direction for clients who need design, brand identity, and visual communication support — ensuring Task Forge can serve as a single point of contact across both operational and creative deliverables. When a client needs it to look as good as it runs, that's Ehsaan's remit.
Outside Task Forge, his fine art practice has been exhibited in partnership with Band of Vices and the Los Angeles Lakers, and through the Museum of Graffiti with PUMA Basketball at Art Basel.
