It's 1am. Everyone else is asleep. But you're lying there staring at the ceiling — running through the same loop. How do I fix the backlog? Who's going to follow up with those leads? Why isn't the CRM updated? When am I going to find time to build a proper process for this? Should I hire someone? Can I even afford it?
That's not a productivity problem. That's what it feels like to run a startup or a small business with no operational support. Every decision, every system, every dropped ball — it all lands on you. And the bigger you grow, the louder it gets.
We built Task Forge because no founder should be losing sleep over things that can be systematized, delegated, or automated. Your brain should be free for strategy, growth, and vision — not spinning at midnight over ops problems that a great team and smart AI can solve.
When you work with Task Forge, we take the weight off. Your backoffice gets organized. Your workflows get automated. Your team gets managed. And for the first time in a long time — you can actually close your eyes and rest. Because we've got it.
"You shouldn't have to carry the whole operation in your head. That mental load is exhausting — and it's costing you more than you realize. Let us hold it for you, so you can show up as the leader your business actually needs." — Javeria Javed, Founder
Your operations don't stop when you close your laptop. Our team and AI systems run in the background — so you wake up to progress, not problems.
The real cost of poor operations isn't just lost time — it's the constant mental drain of carrying it all. We take it off your plate so your head is clear for what matters.
Whether you're a startup finding your feet or an SMB hitting a growth ceiling — we step in as the operational backbone that holds everything together.
A lean, driven team of operators, builders, and strategists obsessed with one thing: making our clients' businesses run better.
I've spent over 5 years sitting inside businesses and working closely with small business owners — and I've seen what happens when a founder is carrying everything alone. The late nights. The mental spiral at 2am wondering how to fix the backlog, chase the leads, sort the CRM, and still show up sharp the next morning. I've watched brilliant, hard-working CEOs burn out not because they lacked vision — but because no one was there to handle the operations behind them.
I started as a Project Manager at a marketing agency, then grew into an Operations and RevOps Manager role at a US-based company — building systems, fixing broken workflows, and clearing the operational fog that was slowing everything down. I later took on a Creative Manager role, overseeing design and project pipelines. Across every industry — marketing, real estate, consulting, offshoring — the story was always the same: incredible founders, drowning in operational weight they were never meant to carry alone.
That's why I built Task Forge. Not just as a service — but as a genuine answer to a pain I've seen up close. I deeply understand what it costs a startup or SMB when there's no ops support: the wasted hours, the missed opportunities, the mental load that never switches off. And I understand the hesitation to hire — the cost, the risk, the time it takes to onboard someone who might not work out.
Task Forge is my commitment to every founder who deserves to sleep at night. You built something real. Let us take care of the rest — so you can show up every day focused on growth, not survival.
Ehsaan Mesghali is Partner and Managing Director at Task Forge, where he oversees client success, business operations, and strategic growth. He is the person clients work with when scoping new engagements — understanding their operational challenges, defining the right mix of services, and ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard. His role sits at the intersection of relationship management and operational leadership.
Ehsaan brings a background in architecture and creative direction to everything he does at Task Forge. Where most people see chaos, he sees structure — a natural skill set for an operations company. He is methodical in how he approaches client problems: mapping processes, identifying gaps, and deploying the right combination of people and AI systems to close them. This precision-first thinking is what makes him effective as a managing director in an ops-heavy business.
Beyond operations, Ehsaan leads creative direction for clients who need design, brand identity, and visual communication support — ensuring Task Forge can serve as a single point of contact across both operational and creative deliverables. When a client needs it to look as good as it runs, that's Ehsaan's remit.
Outside Task Forge, his fine art practice has been exhibited in partnership with Band of Vices and the Los Angeles Lakers, and through the Museum of Graffiti with PUMA Basketball at Art Basel.
The AI revolution is reshaping how businesses operate — and the gap between those who adapt and those who don't is growing fast. Our mission is to bridge that gap for SMBs. We combine intelligent AI systems with experienced operations professionals to become the third hand every CEO never knew they needed — so they can step out of the daily grind and focus on what actually moves the business forward.
Every new and scaling business goes through a messy middle — operational gaps, backoffice disorder, and repetitive work eating up time that should be spent on growth. Our vision is to be the steady, experienced presence inside that chaos. We organize the backoffice, close the operational gaps, and eliminate the tedious through AI — so founders can build with clarity instead of firefighting every day.
These aren't wall decorations. They're the standards we hold ourselves to in every client relationship, every hire, and every system we build.
We don't measure ourselves by hours logged or tasks completed. We measure by the real operational improvements our clients experience — time saved, processes tightened, revenue protected.
Every professional we place and every AI system we deploy is held to the same standard: would we be proud to put our name on it? If not, it doesn't go out the door.
No hidden costs, no vague deliverables, no over-promising. We tell our clients exactly what they're getting, how much it costs, and what success looks like before we start.
We move fast — 48-hour onboarding isn't a gimmick. But every fast decision is backed by rigorous vetting and careful matching. Speed and quality aren't opposites at Task Forge.
We believe talent has no borders. By connecting skilled global professionals with US businesses, we create economic opportunity on both sides — that's a win we're proud of.
We never stop optimizing — for our clients, our professionals, and ourselves. Every system can be better. Every process can be leaner. That relentless drive is in our DNA.
The way we operate internally is the same way we build for our clients — with clarity, ownership, and a bias toward action.
Our team operates across time zones by design — we know how to run distributed teams because we are one. This gives us real empathy for the challenges our clients face with remote ops.
We document everything. SOPs, playbooks, workflows, expectations — if it's not written down, it doesn't exist. This is how we ensure quality and consistency at scale.
No fluff, no politics, no overcommunication. We say what we mean, ask for what we need, and give feedback clearly. Our clients appreciate knowing exactly where things stand.
We invest heavily in the development of every professional on our team — training programs, upskilling, and access to the latest tools. Better people build better systems for our clients.
